Supplier Registration

Thank you for your interest in registering to join the directory. Please read the information below carefully and ensure your application is submitted free of any errors. 

Important Information Before You Register

This directory is a business-to-business platform aimed at those who buy, source and sell Scottish food and drink products. When writing your supplier profile please remember that the audience is buyers.

• By registering as a supplier, you confirm that you meet the following criteria: 
• Business must be registered in Scotland or have a manufacturing facility based in Scotland 
• Business must be a producer or manufacturer of food or drink 
• Business is required to display their accreditation (or state they are not accredited)
• It is expected that business should have available growth capacity
• Businesses should supply or be targeting at least one of the following markets:
  • Scotland – regional and/or national
  • London
  • Rest of UK
  • International (USA, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, China & Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Japan or South Korea)

Unless otherwise stated, all information provided by you will be public and visible on your supplier profile. Any personal data is securely held and processed in line with Scotland Food & Drink’s privacy policy. 

All applications are subject to review and approval by Scotland Food & Drink. Please allow up to 7 working days for your listing to be reviewed and published. 

Any business found not to meet the criteria will be notified that their registration was unsuccessful and their application and all data will be deleted.
